Schedule a dog evaluation and consultation if you have specific concerns regarding your dog’s behavior, or if you would like to receive recommendations for training programs for you and your dog.
Consultation / Evaluation Outcomes:
- We will discuss your dog’s behaviors of concern, and I will observe and evaluate him/her at the Training Venue.
- I will give my assessment and offer possible explanations of your dog’s behaviors.
- You’ll get initial tips on how to address any behavior concerns or how you might achieve your specific training goals.
- You’ll receive my consultation notes, dog training recommendations and an enrollment plan via email after our meeting.
After the consultation and once you have reviewed my notes and recommendations, you may let me know if you’d like to proceed with enrollment, and we can finalize the schedule for your training sessions.

Where is the appointment held?
All behavior evaluations, consultations and training sessions are conducted at the Pet Centrics Training Venue. For directions and a map to the venue, please CLICK HERE.
How much is the Appointment Fee?
The basic evaluation and/or consultation and session fees start at 800.00PHP per dog. Additional fees may be charged depending on the nature of your dog’s behavior issues, if any. You will be informed beforehand of any additional fees that may be incurred.
Do I need to bring anything?
You’ll need to bring the following when you bring your dog for your appointment:
- Dog’s vaccination card (for NEW and RETURNING clients; vaccinations should be up to date and signed by a licensed veterinarian).
- Leash and collar
- Dog’s favorite toys
- Dog’s favorite treats
- Water bowl and water
- Treat pouch (optional)
- Crate (optional)
- Poop bags / plastic bags. IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the owner to clean up after their own dog, whether inside or outside of the training venue
